As we recently announced Microsoft’s finally released Windows 10 new build under name TH1 Professional 10240 and which was made available to Insiders to download from Windows Update in both Fast and Slow ring setting enabled preview OS software.
Differences in new Windows 10
Main difference in this version is, there is No Watermark in Desktop wallpaper. Lets have look at below screens.

Next screen is Windows version screen. We can tell you the way to this application if you never tried earlier. Just type winver in Run box.

We checked Settings as well as, there is also OS is renamed to Windows 10.

ISOs are still not shared on Home Page of insiders and we rarely expect official ISO images for new builds based on announcement from Redmond earlier this week.
